  • While we're based in St. Louis, MO, we work with travelers across the U.S. (and even internationally!). That said, if you're in the St. Louis area and looking for a local travel planner for Europe, we’d love to work with you one-on-one or even meet in person.

  • We recommend starting the Europe travel planning process at least 3–6 months in advance, especially if you're planning a summer trip or a European honeymoon. This gives us enough time to craft a personalized itinerary and secure the best deals on accommodations and activities. However, we do offer “last minute” consultations for an additional fee.

  • We charge a flat consultation fee, known as a curation fee, which varies based on several factors: the destination, the length of your trip, the number of travelers, and when you reach out for planning. This fee covers our expert travel design services, personalized itinerary creation, and access to our trusted network of vendors and exclusive experiences. Additional costs such as accommodations, tours, and reservations are booked separately. Reach out for a quote tailored to your trip!

  • Once the planning process has begun, the curation fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the time, research, and expertise invested in crafting a personalized itinerary. If changes are needed after planning has started, additional fees may apply depending on the extent of modifications.

    Further, the cancellation and change policies for accommodations, tours, transfers, and other travel bookings depend on the vendors and providers we work with. We’ll guide you through the terms during the planning process to ensure clarity and flexibility wherever possible.
