This gives us enough time to craft a personalized itinerary and secure the best deals on accommodations and activities. However, we do offer “last minute” consultations for an additional fee.

Once the planning process has begun, the curation fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the time, research, and expertise invested in crafting a personalized itinerary. If changes are needed after planning has started, additional fees may apply depending on the extent of modifications.

Further, the cancellation and change policies for accommodations, tours, transfers, and other travel bookings depend on the vendors and providers we work with. We’ll guide you through the terms during the planning process to ensure clarity and flexibility wherever possible.
